In its first meeting held after the Annual General Meeting on 25 April 2012 the Board of Directors of Stonesoft Corporation elected Hannu Turunen as Chairman and Harri Koponen as Vice Chairman.

Harri Koponen will continue as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Hannu Turunen and Timo Syrjälä as members.
