Stonesoft Appoints Paul Johnson as Senior Vice President of the Americas
Seasoned Industry Executive Brings Expertise in Sales, Operations and Professional Services Delivery to Drive Stonesoft Sales and Operations in the Americas
HELSINKI, Finland and ATLANTA – March 7, 2006 – Stonesoft Corp. (HEX: SFT1V), an innovative provider of integrated network security and business continuity solutions, today announced the appointment Paul Johnson to senior vice president of the Americas. Johnson joins Stonesoft following a 10-year tenure at Compuware Corporation, where he served in the role of senior vice president of Eastern operations. Johnson brings seasoned operations, sales and professional service delivery experience to Stonesoft to drive the company’s sales and operations in the Americas.

Johnson has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, holding various senior management positions in sales, operations and professional services delivery. His experience spans enterprise and systems information management technology at industry-leading software and services companies including Compuware Corporation, Sterling Software and Prentice-Hall. At Compuware Corporation, Johnson managed operations for 19 offices covering Eastern U.S. and Canada. Prior to Compuware, he served as vice president of alternate channels for the Application Development Division of Sterling Software. In addition, Johnson has held various sales, national account and sales management positions with Knowledgeware, TSI International and Prentice Hall Professional Software.
