The StoneGate Platform unifies firewall, VPN and IPS (Intrusion Prevention System) into a centrally managed system for customers requiring advanced network security and always-on business connectivity. Through a strategic partnership, Stonesoft will offer SSL VPN with its current offerings to provide enhanced security for distributed organizations with mobile and remote users that are looking for lower costs of maintenance and greater richness in end-user platform support.Stonesoft also continues to strengthen its partnerships with other leading technology providers in the U.S., Canada and Latin America including Softchoice, Securixx, CCS, Perket, IST, Velocity, Multibyte, Realnet and MultiSoft. Stonesoft recently extended its reseller agreement with Alphaware to provide best practices network security and application system management services for customers in Brazil.
