FSTEK Certification

As part of the mandatory certification for information security products, two FSTEK certificates have been granted to the production of StoneGate products, manufactured by Stonesoft and localized by its Russian technology partner, New security technologies Company.

Certificate ¹ 2157 from 16.08.2010, issued by FSTEK Russia, verifies that StoneGate Firewall/VPN is an appliance designed to protect information security of data that is processed in the computing networks using TCP/IP protocol, from unauthorized access and network attacks from external computing networks; and complies with the requirements of regulatory documents, such as:

  • Computer aids. Firewalls. Protection against unauthorized access to the information. Indexes of security from unauthorized access to the information” and corresponds to the second class of protection;

  • Protection against illegal access to the information. A part 1. The Software of security facilities of the information. Classification by level of control of absence of not declared possibilities” and corresponds to the forth class of control;

  • and also Specifications requirements and it can be used for the security of the automated information systems of 1G class and information systems of personal data of the first class, inclusively.

Certificate FSTEK Russia ¹ 2163 from 31.08.2010 verifies that StoneGate IPS network security solution with a firewall functionality is an information security protection appliance which does not contain information pertaining to state secrets and protects data in computing network environments using TCP/IP protocol, from unauthorized access and network attacks from external computing networks; and complies with the requirements of regulatory documents, such as:

  • “Computer aids. Firewalls. Protection against unauthorized access to the information. Indexes of security from unauthorized access to the information” and corresponds to the third class of protection;

  • Protection against illegal access to the information. A part 1. The Software of security facilities of the information. Classification by level of control of absence of not declared possibilities” and corresponds to the forth class of control;
